I do that too. It isn't so bad. I know that it is embarrassing but it is something we all have to deal with. Make sure that you try to reach back and wash it everyday. Remember don't scratch them. If it is a real concern go to your doctor, he will prescribe something for you. I know it worked for my brother and his facial blemished
Reply:Get a luffa or equivalent.
Reply:Dab them with tea tree oil it is really good and works.
Reply:im exactly the same...im not sure if you're boy or a girl but if you're a girl,go on the pill dianette... it takes a while to kick in but when it does u hav no blemish's at all...another alternative is sunbeds but then there is teh whole cancer thing so i would go and see your doctor coz tablets liek oxytetracycline can help x
Reply:You could try exfoliating the skin on your back-- it will be tricky unless somebody can do it for you!! You can try scrubs to open the pores right up and acne creams are good to. Just try that-- failing that go see your gp u may need an antibiotic cream to keep infection at bay
Reply:i get the same thing. i just take more showers and i tried different types of soaps till i found one that works.
Reply:i switched to glycerin soap with tea tree oil in it , worked for me
Reply:You're skin may be reacting to perspiration, a certain type of powder, the type of clothing you wear or the cleanliness of your beddings. Try to observe if you may relate the ocassions that your breakout is worse with a specific one of the above. If you're able to tell which is the cause then you can take extra care in avoiding the materials your back reacts badly to. Or simply, your back may be just extra sensitive - and you may need to consult a derma.
Reply:My husband has the same problem. I bought him the acne body spray from Murad, pricey but worth it, developed by a doctor.

It's a spray that you can put anywhere on your body.

All the pimples came to a head the first week, then started clearing up. It worked way better than we expected. His back is so clear. He was even out of the spray for 2 weeks and it stayed clear.

I highly recommend it
Reply:HC45 a cream available from most chemists over the counter
Reply:Sounds as if you have a lot of oil or sweat, plenty of showers should help
Reply:Hi - I have the same problem. I was on Dianette for about 7 years (Yes way too long but the doc was happy!) I came off it about a year ago and since then my backs flared up again. Ive found Clearasil stuffs good, its too strong for my face but has really helped on my back. Good luck! :O) x
