area but oily on the rest of my face when using any lotion. I want something that makes my skin glow but not shine after use. Also are there any good acne medications for skin type also or hopefully there is something good that does both fight acne and is a good moisturizer without too much shine.

Cetaphil. This is what dermatologists recommend and it is non-comedogenic meaning it will not clog your pores.





This is better than any Clinique, Liz Clayborne, etc. garbage.





In terms of Acne medication there is only one answer: Accutane.





I have clear skin now thanks to Accutane.





Go see your dermatologist and get Roche Accutane or Ranbaxy Sotret. These work a lot better than the generics.

Reply:My face gets really dry and I have tried all of the expensive lotions. There are only 2 lotions that work on me and they are Ponds (at Walgreens or Wal-Mart) and Beauty Control. They're the best! Cetaphil is a cleanser (not a lotion) but it is recommended by physicians for cleansing the face. I am a medical transcriptionist and Cetaphil is given to a lot of patients with dry skin. They also tell patients to use Dove soap (noncolored) when bathing and showering.
Reply:For moisturizing you want to find a product that say BOTH non comigenic and oil free. That way you have the hydration without more acne. For a mild acne treatment you can use Proactiv Solution. I would ask them about the 30 day kit for a total of 25.90. This is a 1 month supply and it will be enough to test your skin and make sure that it wont cause more dryness. You use it 2 times a day a dime size amount of the cleanser and toner and a vegtable pea size amount or the repairing lotion.
