Skin tends to be very dry in aircon office.?

Our office aircon is very very strong and we have no way to bring it down. Because of this, our skin is very dry. What should we do?

Skin tends to be very dry in aircon office.?
My office aircon is very dry as well. I'd put moisturizing cream in my office and whenever after I wash my hands, I'll apply the moisturizer. When there's water, the moisturizer helps to keep the moisture in. Always make sure there's a cup of water at ur desk. It will not allow the office to be that dry.

Try moisturizer, my collegues use Nivea and I use Cetaphil. When I'm at home I'll use Emu oil...it's very very effective. Even helped me to lightened my skin colour.
Reply:Keep hand lotion on your desk and apply it several times a day.'
Reply:Try Cetaphil hand cream, serious stuff that really works, yet isn't greasy. Use the Cetaphil lotion or body cream for any other areas that need moisturizing. Especially nice if you have sensitive skin, very safe for that. Developed by a pharmaceutical company.

If your hands are still dry, try this at night before bed: put a thick layer of hand cream on and cover with cotton gloves. When you wake up in the morning, you're hands will be softer.
Reply:Hi,

Dry skin is just an imbalance of oils and water on your skin. According to my teacher who is a beautician for 20 over years, there are a few reasons for this...

1) If you do not use a good cleanser and bathing gel, your skin is unable to retain it's natural 5.5PH balance and this will be unable to produce this liquid that will moisturize your skin and keep it soft, smooth and supple...

2) Sometimes, if the molecules of the creams you are using is too big.. they are unable to go deep into the deeper layers of your skin and thus while your skin seems ok when you initially apply the cream, after a while it will look dry again...

3) Other than oil (moisturizer), it is important to hydrate your skin with water. Do you use a good quality toner as well for that?

Anyway, I have been using some great products which works using nanotechnology and are thus absorbed quickly into skin.. it is also very gentle and keep our skin's natural PH.. most important.. it is very fast effective.

perhaps you may want to use it as well?:P
