What is the best skin highlighter and how do you use it?

i want to highlight my cheeks and nosebridge. i have fair skin which tends to be a bit oily so i don't want a highlighter that is non- comedogenic. also, how do i apply it correctly? should i use a brush for it? if so, what kind?

You can use it as a highlighter or even a brush because you also have fair skin just like me.


If you wanna use it as a highlighter just use a little and your face will look more fresh not too glossy.


If you wanna use it as a brush use a little but put more until you get the color you want.
